The sentence he got for CDBDD is incidental to the insurance matter (and the fact he was fronting anyway) surely.
Yes, a very good example of "Wilful Blindness". Her answer was reckless misrepresentation, she didn't care what she answered. She could have asked the son, but didn't.

Little point in going for fronting, they were already allowed to void based on the mods.
