We are pleased to announce the 2014 Nationals will be held on 28th & 29th June 2014.
It will be held at Wood Green animal shelter near Huntingdon.

http://www.woodgreen.org.uk

We plan on making it basically a day and half show starting around 12 noon on Saturday although you're welcome to arrive earlier to help set up.

There will be camping available from Friday night.

We plan on utilising the Marriott hotel as before.

Because of the location it is perfect for families with lots to do as well as look at the cars.

It's early days yet and we still have loads to plan, more info will follow as we progress closer to the event.

Does this mean that we have to park a few miles away, so as not to frighten the animals with our V8s? frown

No, the show field is about 1/4 mile further down the road from the main complex.

Is there any news yet of the usual meet at South Mimms Services for the cruise up to the Nationals on the Sunday?

I can confirm that it is advertised as all American car clubs welcome. I don't suppose it makes much of a difference if you are not part of a club but still have a Yank motor.

Sorry for the late reply -

No problem with bringing non Corvette or even non-American - latter may get parked in the public parking area, but if American we'll park it in the guest clubs area which is a display area.

Dogs welcome too, assuming they aren't going to bite me, and are kept on a lead. The animal centre is adjacent too for those that are interested.

Would be great to see you there!

Rubyragtop - please see corvetteclub.org.uk - there are cruises from there, one by Surrey and one by Thames Valley, they've put seperate times at the moment hence I'm directing you there in case they change to a mutually convenient one. Makes it easier for us though - less of a surge of cars at the gate!

Thanks fran will be nice to see some familiar faces from days gone past when we had our 72 and then later, c6 corvette

Our nali is only a chihuahua so no danger of biting you, he might lick you to death though!!!!!

See you there jules and Neil
