Rear tyre recommendations
Discussion
These aren't Cups, they're Pilot Sport PS2's, which I (maybe wrongly) assumed were Super Sports. Hope they're a decent match for the backs, which definitely are Super Sports.
Oh well; we'll see how they go. I'm sure they'll be better than the Goodyears, which I've never really trusted. The rears lose traction too easily.

Are the ones you have Runflat PS2s both front and rear or are they normal.
If you could I would change them to the Pilot Super Sports, apparently
a lot better tyre.
Will see how I get on, the Goodyears are sh@te, i've had a tankslapper
at 70mph with them !
Proper sh@t scarey, good job the road was wide.

Have to agree. Had mine put on last Monday, and have done 50-odd miles since, so not fully scrubbed in, but first impressions are that it feels so much more planted and secure. Before, the back end would break loose coming off a roundabout. Feels almost glued to the road now, and the feedback is so much more positive. Jarring over bumps is much reduced, with less tramlining. And they're noticibly quieter as well.
Best £1k I've spent, I reckon...

Had a run out in mine yesterday, I can now confirm these have made the car a totally different animal.
I previously used to have a slight rhythmic vibration, which when I searched for a solution to I was informed it was probably the discs out of balance.
It wasn't, it was deffo the tyres.
It used to come on at about 85ish "on the track" now it is solid up to 146 so far
The cornering is a lot more positive and I feel I could push it a bit more now.
All in all brilliant!!!
