I need to replace the standard clutch we put in a couple months ago. I've already destroyed it !

Good value I think the problem is shipping - nearly $700 !!
Is there anyone in the UK that stocks high performance twin disc clutches for a C5 Z06

I used Kieth Beschi from www.eurovettes.co.uk, he does a lot of importing for Corvette owners.
He imported my Monster Stage 2 with lightened flywheel, a new slave and a new Tick master cylinder.
He would be be able to give you a price just for the import or the whole price from the suppliers (may be cheaper as well).
