Sounds great. Exactly the colour and spec I'd have chosen as well. When you come to sell (you know what you're like) may I have first refusal? wink

Hi Paul Absoloutly Delighted you 'Went for it' What a car the C7 is I was joking I've gone from Analogue to Digital ....Roll on Spring!
Did you get that Blue one? Ship my Car did the Lighting and IVA on mine the SatNav Radio and Aerial
Where done by the Dealer EMA Motor Company Huddersfield or should I say by an Expert they bought in apparently he will travel but wants putting up in a Hotel [He will take your SatNav unit and Aerial away when he's finished putting the UK one in he will send yours back to GM in the states for exch/Conv ready for his next one ]
Ask for Sam mention 'Ken who purchased the Velocity Yellow one' and could you help .... get in you understand you'll need to meet his expenses and he'll take your SatNav away on completion
I'm really pleased for you Paul and yes Pictures please ASAP!
Are you on CCCUK Paul?
(Cheers Dave sorry I missed that post)
I don't think I,ll bother with the sat nav conversion, sounds like an arm & a leg job, cant believe they never came with a CD player pfff, dont get me wrong, I love to hear that V8 but I love my driving rock too,i guess I can live without the CD player seeing as the rest of the car is totally awesome, everyone that sees it loves it,

Don't Blame you Paul .... your Right an 'Arm and a Leg' ...Sam at EMA was really put out when the Tech took the Sat Nav and Aerial after putting him in a Hotel and with the Huge Cost..... he thought he'd end up with them to Sell to offset the Cost lol !
CCCUK is worth a look [The Classis Corvette Club] there is a C7 forum where you'll find useful chat and folk talking about Imports and SatNav's and all the questions that you may have .....
I have had more admiration for it than any car I've owned Paul, they are a Stunning looking Car as you say so much more to play with than the C6 and getting her out for a run is pure pleasure! Enjoy
Some pics Paul?

What a beautiful car Ken, congrats.
I have great memories of a yellow '65 droptop 327/350 that I spent a summer in many years ago.
And a yellow Europa/Renault, which I believe was turned into a hovercraft - yes, you read that correctly.

Thanks ThreeSpires ... a Hovercraft indeed ... I had two Europas they could 'Pee' past just about anything on the Road in there Day ! I was looking at them again recently as a Project for my Retirement
Here the C7 means I can run a Supercar ... a car once you own is pretty reasonable to run ..... a pleasure to Drive ....
Looks Outrageous ... ticks all my. Boxes lol

I've not fallen In love with the C7 yet, but that does look stunning.
I guess it all come down to personal choice but I tend to agree. When I saw the new Camaro (in Silver) side by side with a C7 (in red) at Ian Allan Motors, my preference was for the Camaro.

I'd enjoy that the two cars in Yellow would look pretty Darn Impressive ... there's definitely some styling Ques shared between the two and both have Outrageous Styling .... I retire in April ... or at least that was the plan my Company are offering me a Role on 'Tactical' sounds lucrative to keep me in the lifestyle I'm accustomed too HaHa
So not sure what I'm going to be doing Rich but yep I think would make a Great Photo Shoot!
