Did anyone read the snippet in 'Street Machine' about Gale Banks Turbo charging the small block chevy.

Entry level is 800hp and if that aint fast enough try 1200hp and for the insane there's 1600hp.

Well I didn't read about this in Street Machine (I've never read that mag either, but then there was a letter from me in it ).

I actually read about this little news on the CorvetteForum. TTs for the LSX platform/architecture?

Great for burnout contests but I doubt that they are actually suitable for street use on British roads. Might be OK in the HSV Coupe 4 though.

These are meant to be streetable,,imagine all that Torque

Z06 there was a letter in 'SM' ,2 issues back asking why there were no 8 second yank iron at Elvington....for some reason i thought it was you

Yeah I can see why you thought it was me. So what was the answer to the question, if there was one? My answer would be that it is all to do with the market - which is true.
