Don't know if any of you are getting loads of spam as well but I was getting around 200 a day and was getting sick of sorting through my emails. I tried various softwre but all had a problem with my many ZR1 net emails at one point or another either Bouncing the odd one or two back (that removes you from the ZR1 server)and treating some as spam.
I downloaded this the weekend and it works great and has a free 30 day trial. www.sunbelt-software.com
Unlike some programs though (eg mailwasher), you still download the emails and can't filter them out at the server. Thats ok for me as I have a 1Mb connection but it will suck if you are on slow dial up.
