whats the average age of a caterham owner?

I'll add my 3p worth - I think I take the lead so far.
65 years old, good and true but feel half that when I drive it.
Bought my Westie 14 years ago, and came to the dark side last year after swapping it for my new S3 Classic 1.4K.
I tell everybody its an ideal pensioners car cos its relatively easy to maintain yourself :
49.5mpg / £135pa tax /low insurance, and it takes years off you when you get behind the Momo, and of course no need for child seats anymore.

Bought my first 7 an '88 Caterham 7 1700 Super Sprint when I was 18, did 8,000 miles in four months, including racing and sprinting. On Goodyear NCT tyres it could be a bit of a handful in the wet but I didn't know any better back then. I've had a variety of Sevens since and there's a lot to be said for the old crossflow, it's not the latest kit but they are plenty fast enough and have lots of character.
Currently 41 and plan on becoming an owner by the time I'm 42. Wife, children and houses have drawn out the process
I've wanted to own one ever since I did the Caterham track photography for them back at Brands Hatch in 1998, both Steve Parish and Tim Harvey taking me round the circuit in a Supersport once I'd finished...something never to forget!
