MOT time coming up and noticed mine has over 27,000 miles. Tiny in the grand scheme of things for a 16 year old car, but high for a Caterham?

Any Caterhams out there with 'proper' miles on the clock?

Just over 110,000 on mine, of which 80,000+ by me. It's a 1997 car and was my only car for 5 years at 10,000 miles a year. Nowadays, not so much frown

Can't match 110k but I bought mine in '99 with 17k on the clock and it's now at 83k only been used for blatting, trackdays, touring and sprinting, and yet I still feel it doesn't get used as much as it should.

Good effort - my longest drive is half of that from Angelsey back to Kent.

That's good going. I think this thread will make me realise I'm not using my enough! And when I bought it I swore it wouldn't end up a garage queen boxedin

Mine has 36k on the clock after 6 years, if you add the 21k I put on my previous 7 (in 4 years) that works out at an average of 5kpa.

'07 car with 11,000 miles. Two young children have curtailed batting somewhat. Have even offered use of the car to friends to try and ensure more use.

I'm up to nearly 12500 after 3 years with no commuting, but my longest day is more competitive at a little over 600 miles- Edinburgh to John O Groats and back in a day biggrin

31k on 2007 R400 and sold last car with nearly 60 k on clock , 40 of which I did . I cannot see the point of owning one of these things - or anything else - unless they get used.Ads like 'Ferrari F40 1987- 2k miles only '..make me bloody weep.
