Hi.....I am a 60 year old fart and just bought my "4th and final Caterham 7".......I figured I wont be able to get in one for tooooo many more years! Have not had one for 10 years....great to be back!

Bought it from Callum and the gang at Sevens & Classics. Super experience......great bunch! Great car, well priced. They did a service and changed the cam belt without being asked and have been exceptionally helpful the whole time!

I wish their new business a huge success......they are carrying on the 7 tradition in style!

Congratulations on your new purchase.and I hope you are enjoying it.

What is the specification of your new car and how does it drive compared to your earlier caterhams? I'd be interested to understand how your caterhams and your choices have changed over time. also why you decided to have a break away from ownership.

Congratulations. I on the other hand am selling my 7. At 65 I find it too difficult to get in it when the hood is on. I am told that the Elise is just as difficult but I am tempted to try.

I try never to use the hood, but have you thought about buying a half hood with the easy in zips?
