fireblade rear pads, what are they

I need some rear pads for my caterham fireblade, it has the jw rear disk conversion. Does anyone know what caliper it uses so I can get hold of some pads at the motor factors.

Edited to add I think they might be Sierra pads looking at the dimensions.
