cooling fan on constantly 1.6 k series

Connect the cooling fan and its on constantly with ignition on.

is there a relay that could be stuck on. Or faulty sender/switch

The closest device to the fan is thermostatic switch, disconnect the terminals and measure the resistance across the terminals on a cold engine to see if it has gone open circuit. If so replace it.
