I have a 1.6 k series with supersport upgrade and was wondering which oil would be best for service, it also has anticavitation tank, s0 would I need more than 5 litres thanks in advance

Comma or Halfords (same oil) fully synthetic, 5W 50 is recommended. Take care undoing the drain plug on the apollo, there should be a large hex boss on the bottom to allow you to hold the tank while you undo it, otherwise you risk damaging the tank.
