Hi flow rad yes, is it the intercooler though, water rad is behind it, when the wick is turned up cooling may be an issue, depends on the output obviously and how long he keeps the loud peddle pressed, dyno should sort it, I had to put an oil cooler on my Sadev which also doubles the oil capacity too and thats with only 180 ftLb at the hubs. Just sorting heat management on mine prior to 1st dyno session Tvs supercharger, should be circa 450 WHP and 350 ftlb !!! oh and a 3.14 diff!!!!

Yes, Intercooler in front and rad behind. This engine makes 600+ HP, and there are oil coolers for the supercharger, gearbox and motor. You can see one in the picture on the side of the body behind the front wheel.

Pdelamare - She's looking good mate. Nice and tidy. Did you use thermal coatings for the rad/ic/pipework ?

Thanks, but I can't take any credit for this build, apart from writing the cheques for it. This is all RS and Pro Alloy. I do not believe there's any thermal coating anywhere, however I could be wrong on that, but I think it's all powdercoating/paint.
