Carbon handbrake lever

Hey guys,

Maybe you have followed this R500 blog and noticed the article about the carbon fibre handbrake lever.

Caterham use two different handbrakes. If you are interested in one please let me know which year your car was built or if your lever look like the rubber grip in the blog. As an option you can measure the length of the tube. If it is 104mm long, you have the old one.

The price is 50GBP including shipping to UK.

I bought one of these off Carsten last summer and can highly recommend his product. Getting the old handbrake handle off was the worst bit and dos require quite a bit of effort. New one goes on easily enough and looks great.

I have an alloy cover on my handbrake at the moment. I believe it has a grub screw which needed removing and then the cover just unscrews....I think.

So today my carbon handbrake leaver arrived.

And here it is fitted to the car. Lovely jublee.
