Avon ZZRs starnge wear from Llandow?

Guys any idea what is causing this, I had some part worn ZZR tyres which I fitted for the track day at Llandow, when I got home I noticed that the inner 50% of tread on each front tyre had strange wear on motorcycles It is often referred to as tearing, any idea what could be causing this?

very abrasive Tarmac at landow. It would also suggest that the tyres were not up to temperature and hence were "graining".

Llandow is very hard on tyres. Particularly the fronts compared to a lot of circuits.

After getting through most of my CR500s on Saturday I've ordered a new set of wheels (the new style diamond cut ones) with some ZZS all round. I'll be keen to see how they are compared to the CR500.

Thanks guys, it was the uneven wear I didn't understand as both fronts where tearing on the inside, the outer sides where fine, I would have thought the outer shoulders would have shown the most wear
