The tax is really easy as long as you have the ref number on the v5, I actually did mine on my phone on the way to collect it. Make sure whoever you go with on the insurance.....that they are open on sat to start your insurance...or put in place beforehand. I still can't get over my car, and still can't believe I don't have to give it back!!!

Enjoy enjoy and enjoy!

What time are you getting to Caterham? I'm not far away and might pop out for a blat and could swerve in for a visit

That was first day pic, previous owner, and some racers think they are faster?! Now swapped so safer in the wet!!

How did it go Pete? I guess Sunday was not so good....

Yeah they say the tread blocks move around less in the dry when they're set backwards. Can't say I've noticed it myself, but then I've never raced!

Had a fantastic drive back with roof off and doors off :-)

Tried out the wet weather gear on Sunday all fine although a little tight to get on. Was very gentle with the throttle :-)

I saw a tip this week suggesting to drape the hood over the bonnet (if warm) to make it more supple before fitting.

I spent a bit of time checking my new full hood and it was noticibly tight having been draped in a cold garage before fitting.
