Every 6 months or so I seem to be posting about starting woes. So, true to form....
Currently my car only starts with a good squirt of starter fuel. It starts pretty much straight away and then goes fine.
About a year back I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the fuel filter, although the car was remapped too at the time.
Usually I would just stick the car in to the garage but that's an hours drive away and anyway I would like to try to learn to find my way about the car if possible.
Is there anything simple I could check that may help me find out what the problem is?
