Orange light on speedo?

What does the orange light in the middle of the speedo tell you?

My speedometer hasn't got any light on it. My tachometer has got a big orange one. I 'think' it's the low oil engine pressure warning, but according to a Caterham owners manual it's the gear change light, and it illuminates at 7.400 rpm on the Super Sport and at 7.750 rpm on the Superlight R.
