Recieved a new VVC Head from Dave.
Valve seats has been cut to match the REC valves, head has been peened and skimmed. Currently im copiying the porting to all the chambers

Unfortunately there was an issue with the postage, so the old head has been destroyed (cracked) and the new one has marks on the freshly skimmed surface

That is very unfortunate, the damage is well away from the fire rings so a repair with metallised epoxy should be feasible.

In the meantime this engine has been finished. Did a dyno run today.

178.75 PS
171 NM

I think it´s quite decent. Although im not sure about the torque - seems i even lost torque to the factory default (176 nm)?
