Caterham R500 with IRS

Hi Folks. New to the site and this is my very first forum post ever on any site, so be honest but kind! Just purchased a Caterham R500 IRS from Sevens and Classics. It has the series 3 chassis, so not a CSR260 but a one off car built by the Chief Engineer of Caterham. Seen a few posts on here from previous owners and wondered if anybody had any thoughts or info on it. Good or Bad!!

Hi Jonscz. Hadn't seen that thread, really appreciate it. I have sent the Caterham engineer a linkedin message to see if I can find out more about the car as the engine is slightly different, with Cosworth parts. Already had great messages in this forum so thank you everyone. It is really appreciated

Hadn't seen that thread either. You are a star. Have found pictures on Facebook when the last owner sold having taken it abroad on a long road trip. All feedback is positive though. Seems like I may have myself a very nice car.
