I have a flaky bar (No, not chocolate). It started out as lots of separate, small, cracks in all directions, mainly on the top horizontal section of the main bar. A couple of years later, as the weather's getting into it, the black plastic is beginning to lift - just enough to notice a bit of spring at the edges. It's only the standard H2 S3 Roadsport bar - showing as £144 on CC's website (in stock!). It's an easy replace, but I'm wondering what other options I have. A yellow bar would be fun and CC ain't going to sell me one of those. Ideally, I don't want to go shipping a rollover bar around the country. I'm in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Any thoughts?

Take it off and get it re-powdercoated in any colour you want would seem to be the cheapest option?

I Photoshopped a yellow bar on the car to show the wife and got 'the look'.
