thinking seriously about a csr, but today realised how low the sump is. approx 60-70mm !! has anyone comments on what its like to live with a csr and other potential limiting factors( thinking will mainly be road with a few track days a year)

Just traded up from a R500k to a 260 and loving it. I would suggest that 60 to 70mm sump clearance is far too low so not sure where you've seen that, mine is a good deal larger than that. It's an awesome package which can be driven calmly or when you move up above 4000rpm turns into a monster which is frightenly quick. Suits us fine as we tour and track, a perfect tool for both.

didnt measure the sump clearance today so cant be exact, but thats what it looked like. Could you tell me approximately what yours is

I think mine with the wishbones horizontal is nearer 80mm but saying that you do know they have height adjustable platforms on the dampers so the car can be raised or lowered.
