Just as info, I have just bought a paid of the thicker pads from Thundersports, Oxted's sister company, after borrowing a pair to try from a mate.
They are worth having IMO, just add a little softness and keep the warmth in!
Though they fit well, it is hard to get the Velcro to adhere to the back of the seats. I had to degrease and apply some random surface activators that I happened to have. They seem to have stuck now but I'm not too confident. Also watch that the Velcro hook bit attached to the seat doesn't fold over into the scrim, it grabs it and can tear it when lifting it back off.
