Cheap GRP seats

Hello all,

Has anyone used one of these cheaper seats? There is one on eBay (link below) which I'm considering but not overly excited about spending £100 if it turns out to be rubbish.

I currently have the old leather Caterham seats so trying to get a more modern look!

I have a pair in the car. Not sure they are from the same manufacturer but they look the same.
Quality of finish particularly at the rear and underneath is nowhere near as good as a Tillet and you may need to cut a slot for the crotch strap if you use one, however comfort wise I don't notice any difference from a normal tillet or the Carbon B2 Tillet I used to have.
Not as pretty, however a good value seat.

I too have a pair in my car, albeit not a caterham. I find them fine. Quite comfortable actually. Mine aren't seconds so were about £170 each iirc. For the money there are no complaints.

Kit parts are good to deal with too. I've had a few things off then with no issues.

Looks like I'll give them a whirl! Considerably cheaper than the Tillet alternative.
