Shakedown at Llandow?

I saw somewhere recently notice of a 'shakedown day' at Llandow. I don't think it means the day on the 28/3, think it may be earlier? I could have got it completely wrong but can anyone let me know?
I would love to come along for a chat and to see the cars as part of my eternal search! It is my local track so I know the must-haves from the caf!

If your local to Cardiff then you might want to come along to our local meet at The Piercefield pub in St Arvans near checpstow racecourse on the first Thursday of each month ?
