Hi Guys needing a bit of help asap as getting corner weights and suspension set up tonight for this weekend's racing. I need the settings as the r500 would be for when it came out of the factory. Been having a scan about but not having much luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks Aaron

Without being faceacious (sp?) I think the last thing you want a re the *factory* settings for the geo. Most factory setups seem to be done using cotton wool to measure things with hehe

Give Fauldsport or Team Parker Racing a call for some clarity.

With bog standard CR500s here's a starter for 10.

Ride height - 130 Front 145mm Rear

Therefore Rake 15mm

Camber LF 2.0 RF 2.0

Toe 15' out (minutes)

Castor 3 + 1 (3 washers rear pick op & 1 at front pick up)

You'll need to check your own regs for ride heights permitted.

That's not a bad start, but I'd actually measure the castor, also I think with CR500s ride height is normally set to 120mm at the front, and the camber depends a little on the spring/roll bar option chosen

All IMHO of course

120mm front ride height on a wet sump car would be dangerously low if used on the road & probably fall foul of race regs as well.

That geo was with Eibach race springs all round 250lbs & the stiffest ARB.

I do have the proper castor somewhere, but washer counting is easier to remember!
