Looks like my 21 is going to need a new widetrack rack, unless things can be repaired.
CC seem to do 2 - 8% and 22% - which means what?
Anyone have a spare rack kicking about - I might need the spares!

8% and 22% are the slow and fast racks respectively. Fast meaning fewer turns lock to lock. Some say the fast rack makes the cars too twitchy but I like it driving

Get a quick rack! at first feels very odd, ie sneeze and You've changed lanes!! but dont panic , You'll get used to it very quickly!!

I have a quick rack on mine, it's great. Not twitchy, and handy for catching those slides...biggrin It's about 1.7 turns lock to lock ISTR, the standard rack(8%)is 1.9.

Pretty sure 21 uses it's own rack - basically an SV middle bit and narrow track arms each side - so it's not a 'widetrack' rack.
The SV middle bit is only available in 8% IIRC so you might not have a choice of ratios. Don't know if the CSR rack comes in 22% flavour or if it's interchangeable or if you can use 22% CSR internals with the SV central casing.
