Hi Ruby,
No, it belonged to a chap I met a couple of years ago and bought some bits off - in fact i have the original engine from this car sitting in my garage! I kept in touch as he asked for my opinion on the S2 Exiges and the toyota lump.
Cheers
Nick

I don't suppose any of you are near West Sussex? Would be handy to have someone with some real knowledge and experience by my side when I go to look at it.
We're just round the corner (RH20 4HS) happy to helpBen

Right, I spoke to the guy at the garage and he has informed me that a chap named Simon Erland did the conversion. He was happy to pass on his contact details.
Hey, Simon is a spot on guy - done some clever stuff with cranks - a mate has a development engine in his Motorsport Elise that Simon built....it has...ermmm...a little more power than standard He's also a perfectionist.- cough*

I only noticed this because of the plot's posted up on Dynoplot recently, and being a cynical person like I am, I wondered why post them now, so I guessed somebody was trying to sell something...
I actually feel sorry for the poor sod's that get landed with this engine, as you know it's just going to cause pain and heartache...
