Final call for table plans.
Many of you have submitted, but not as many as usual. If you don't submit a table plan we will be allocating everyone as best we can to fill the available tables.
Vegetarian meals
Only one request for a vegetarian meal so far. I've booked a few more to be cooked on the night but if you need one please let me know
Tickets
I need to submit some final numbers for food, but I've seen on Facebook etc that some are still considering buying tickets. If you know anyone who needs a ticket please ask them to buy no later than tomorrow at 12.00

Paul, Richard Peam (PhoenixUK) has just received an email from you asking who the six tickets that he purchased were for. He wondered if if was for the table allocation, if so, he is on the "Northun" table that I let you know about a month or so back. I think Ron (Blueyonder) bought his separately so assume Richard's six are him/Michelle, StuB/Sylvie, Gyrock/Larri.

Got your list mate but I need a name(s) against each sale to be 100% certain everyone is accounted for.
My BTaP sales sheet just has a 'real' name and email on it so, while I have table lists from some, I still need to be happy that each sale is accounted for. Those I don't know will be emailed for their PH names so I can do a final check of sales made against seating plan.
