Mine has also just done the same. Like you i have checked all the seals and everything is fine and no leaks. I have had a look on a few other forums and it is suggesting that some drains are likely to be blocked by leaves or rubbish. Not quite sure where these are, but the forun says the following
"My way is to go under the bonnet and to easy place first:- The drivers side bottom of the windsreen and then into the front drivers side corner of the big trough.
You should be able to look in and see an inch or so wide hole. Wipe around with tissues and pull out bits of plants etc. Then pour a kettle of water in watching how water drains down that, to a hole at the very bottom of body (near of the very front/bottom of the drivers door)."
