Monaro VXR Wortec Switchable Exhaust

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought a Wortec Exhaust for my also new Monaro VXR which I got at the weekend, it's one of the switchable ones which I have bought from Monkfish Performance. Are these simple enough to fit? I'd really like it done for the weekend but garages are mighty busy here at the moment.

Any information is appreciated (the system arrives tomorrow so I can't gauge the work right now but thought it best to ask ahead of time anyway).

Hi. I got a Wotec from Monkfish for my VXR8. Took it to Hypertech Performance in Falkirk to have it fitted. It took a few hours for it to be taken off and the new one fitted to get it just right. Can't speak about a Monaro but the 8 was a bugger.

Indeed!

For what its worth I've got one of these on my monaro and it sounds stunning. Mine is operated by a switch in the bank where the rear fog and TCS switches are. I think its a factory option (the switch) but having looked at the wiring its definitely been done aftermarket. Is it cat back or including the headers/cat?
