what to look out for in a 10+ automatic corsa

Hi,

my son is looking at buying a corsa for around £2K - so it will probably be 03/04 model and maybe between 30,000 - 70,000 miles on the clock
he has to have an automatic only, as thats the license he has

any advice as to what to look out for

I know , to check the cam belt has been changed - i guess around 50K (is that still correct)

Do they have gearbox issues on automatics ?

any specific advice about that age of corsa would be great thanks

No knowledge of the auto box, but engine wise, if it's a timing chain it's tensioned by a small piston that runs off the oil pressure,
Therefore using correct oil, 5/30 fully synth is a must.
