04 Zafira 2.2SRI Questions

Good afternoon all,
Just got a few things i'd like to ask reference the Zafira A 2.2SRI i have recently purchased. Whilst i am slowly overcoming the jump in fuel cost/insurance/tax etc, i am very happy with it and with only 76k i am hoping to keep hold of it for a lot longer then my previous cars. This is my first vauxhall as i love Fords so have stepped into unknown waters.
+ £20 does me about 110 miles. Is this about right? Mainly dual carraigeway/town driving.
+ I have been looking around for a decent Vauxhall forum to use for advice and for scouring parts for sale etc but most i have found all seem to be dead and rarely used. Can anyone point me to one?
+ The boot cover that comes with the car. Is it supposed to be retractable? Mine just sits loose so i presume it's broken?
+ I'd like to upgrade the interior bulbs to a cool white colour using LED bulbs. Will these need to be the CANBUS ones which stop any errors appearing?
+ The driver side rear passenger window does not go up or down on either switch. Looking at the wires in the door, there is a brown and yellow wire severed. I spoke to an auto electrician who says these are common faults and can be fixed. Is there a better way to prevent this happening again?
+ EGR valve. Looking around online, it seems to be a done thing to get this blocked off. Is this straightforward on this car as it appears the engine is different compared to the other zafira A's.
+ Engine type. Is this a Z22SE or however it's pronounced? also does this mean it's the same engine as a 2.2 astra MK4? i have looked at getting black silicone pipes to keep it standard looking but don't want to get the wrong set (will be a crimbo present for me!)
+ Exhaust. I was hoping to get a 2/2.5 inch exhaust back box to compliment the car but not sure where to look. An irmscher? twin exhaust would even do but again not sure on fitment etc.
If anyone at all can help me with the above it would be very much appreciated!!!

Yes its the same engine, but i'm not sure if the piping kit will fit from an astra, relative to the different shapes of the engine bays.
RE: exhaust back box - WHY?? It NOT going to "compliment" the car - its a people carrier. To me it would be a waste of money and add nothing to your car, other than an annoying drone and a dent in your bank balance.
With both of these - i wouldnt bother. Zaffys can look very nice and i've owned quite a few, but i'd stick to the clean non modded look - otherwise you get the "i really wanted something sporty but i need a people carrier" look going.
