Newby - Decent garage for '66 Fastback around Leicester

Hi guys, my newly acquired '66 Mustang Fastback arrived from overseas and looking cool as the day it rolled off the line, not in as good condition but definitely as cool! So anyway I have a few issues I need seeing to:

- Strong judder in 1st gear
- Possible clutch replacement or adjustment as very high
- Tune up

Can anyone recommend garages that know their a hole from their armpit, preferably around Leicester/ Nottm/ Derby area. Any help appreciated thanks in advance.
