@forduk Where has the Mustang gone from your website? Not in configurator, new cars or future vehicles. Was I dreaming it all? #cry

Ford UK ‏@forduk 48s49 seconds ago
It wasn't a dream @Dal_3D, don't worry! We're sorry it's gone missing but hoping it'll be back tomorrow ^AG

Thanks Dal3D.

Hopefully when they bring it back it will be all new and revamped and full of new, exciting information.

I'm in California on business and drove the GT Manual over the weekend and was very impressed with it. Handling was solid and even with traction control on the car still produced some tyre squeal from a lively 0-60 test. This is very unlike the BMW M4 that is overly conservative in the medium traction control setting! And oh yes, that engine pulls like a train and feels bullet proof giving you the impression that you could ring it's neck all day long and it would lap it up.

It certainly has 'character' which is refreshing in this era of cars!

It could do with a front parking sensor option as its a big car with a long nose and hard to judge in tight parking conditions. Maybe the UK dealers will offer that as an after market upgrade? It's not available in the US!

The performance pack with 8' screen is definitely the way to go as makes a big difference to the interior IMHO. The smaller standard screen looks very dated and lacks functionality.

I thought the Eco fuel petrol tank filler was a stroke of genius and hope that this comes on the UK cars. I can't understand why more cars don't have them! You just open the flap and stick the pump in like a race car filler.

There are so many dealer fit options in the U.S. and we can only hope that Ford introduce them to the UK Ford stores aswell.

Can't wait to get minesmile

Anyone get the feeling it'll emerge with a new, higher price, too...?

Incidentally, the selector still works fine on the mobile version of the site.

Our new ford Tourneo has one and I'm for ever spilling fuel out of it. Doesn't take long to remove a cap

These fillers are standard on UK Fords.

I saw my first one outside of the U.S. Yesterday...

Somebody spent a lot of money transporting and importing the car into Maccau...
Problem was - It was a base model V6 DIB. Why would you go to all those lengths and buy a V6...?

Maybe I'm just getting my hopes up but was just browsing this site....

http://www.autoevolution.com/news/right-hand-drive...

The sticker in the window specifies sequential rear turn signals. Is there the slightest chance we're getting these in the UK I wonder??

I've ordered a Deep Impact Blue 2.3T manual as a daily driver. Deposit paid beginning of April and I was told delivery would be end of Q1 2016 then but was contacted by the dealer in June to say they had good news, asked me to confirm the order, decide whether I wanted to add stripes and then was told I should expect it Q4 2015...!!

It's a nice thought but consensus seems to be that the orange one on the trailer ended up in India, so maybe they are allowed there. It also said HID headlamps but I don't think they are allowed without a headlamp wash system here. But we can hope. Good news confirming your order; hoping my confirmation is imminent.

I really disliked the "Easy-Fuel" cap-less system on my 2012 Mustang. Not only is it a slower fill, it's smelly and when the tank is brimmed it leaks when you launch or corner hard. I really don't understand what the advantage is supposed to be.

.... less cost to Ford than a normal filler cap? wink

Had a call from Evans Halshaw in Wolverhampton today. Apparently there will be a Mustang in their showroom over the weekend. May be the yellow one I've already seen, but I'll pop along to have another look anyway.

Odd that people have issues with the Ford system, I've got similar on my Renault which is basically the same (a little spring loaded flap in the filler tube) and even with the tank brimmed and cornering/accelerating enthusiastically it hasn't leaked any. Maybe they were faulty?
