Who will be 1st to post a pic of them on UK soil
Where will the pic be ? The dock The M25
M1 M6 or a dealer forecourt who will post the 1st
One wearing UK number plates, keep them eyes pealed
First photos are already on facebook , showing them on the dock
No pictures I'm afraid, but I drove up north this morning (Hampshire to Liverpool), and saw two car transporters on the way carrying new Fords - both with Mustangs on smile First was a Ruby Red with the nickel wheels on the A34, second a Race Red one on the M40. So they're on their way to dealers clap

Having said that, still a distinct lack of updates on where mine is though. Ford/Karen stated weeks ago it was built, dealer claimed it definitely wasn't...
Could have been going to Donington for training. That's where I have been today.

Yours came on Eurasian Higheay didnt it? Im hoping mine is on the same boat to Southampton as yours. My dealer has been quiet as a mouse these last few days absolutly no response to me asking for an update!

Yeah mine was on eurasian. My dealer may as well not exist, utter waste of time. Knows nothing, has never once rang me with any information, not even after Karen informed them my car was on the boat from Baltimore (and they were specifically told to inform all customers at that point).

I should find out tomorrow from Karen if my vin is on the auto star.

rehab71 any news on a delivery today for you?

Could someone PM me Karens email? My dealer has literally dissapeared into a black hole of silence.

Bring it on! smile

I did note that the ride height is very low. Are the dampers adjustable? (have boxed it up again to hide from the wife) eekhehe

Ouch! Talk about drive it like you stole it smile

Mine's staying in the box for now (and better weather). Luckily we just had our drive done so I have a nice big playground for it.

You see what I mean about the ride height now. The chassis looks to have taken quite a beating. I think I'll fit a skid plate as I've got some carbon sheet lying about somewhere smile

Does it go well?

All that damage was caused on the slowest settinghehe..... Tried it on max, and it's way to fast for my slow reactions,...

Need more roomyes.... Great fun, already looking at upgrades, I suspect this could get expensive..thumbup

Had about 15 mins, and no sign of battery losing charge..

Ah yes - modern batteries in R/C cars. I got back into them a few years ago and bought a Vanessa's Lunchbox (have since bought a pair of Sand Scorchers and a Buggy Champ, both of which I ached to have as a kid but never did). My batteries for them 4600mAh last over an hour or full on running!!

back in the day, you were lucky to get 5 minutes after a 3 hour charge!!!

I wish mate, I'm a dealer. One sold unit, one showroom car. V8 rag top (pictured) for the showroom and 2.3 fastback for a customer.

Not until we get a replacement. I can take an order on it but it can't go until the new car is here.
