Its not linear, I believe the USA demand pulls on the factory first and as such the none USA orders get pushed back.

It's been there since last Friday and i live in Manchester so im hoping I will get it for next weekend would have been nice getting it for the bank holiday but oh well

Hi all

I've joined the mustang waiting club. Ordered a Shadow Black/Saddle GT Hardtop on the 24th April 16 and i am starting to get impatient already
Not heard anything from my dealer since i placed my deposit only over the telephone the sales guy said it's all ordered for you, I've seen a few people mention that they received an email confirming the order from Ford, has anyone else had this who ordered in 2016?
I feel like calling my dealer and asking for an update but they said it would be 12 months before the car was delivered so don't want to mither them yet, all the same though i'm a bit nervious as I have had no order confirmation.

Welcome to the club 😀, I ordered mine on the 5th May and still no news from the dealer. I've chased a couple of times but am now practicing self control as have now been told it could be up to 2 months before the build date is confirmed. Was told to allow at least 9 months for production plus shipping which could be another couple of months so next March is favourite but am not counting the proverbial chickens

Ordered mine 30th April, got the initial order sheet from the dealer, but nothing since then. He did say it may take 8 weeks before you recieve a build date.

Thanks, starting to feel the pain on waiting but I guess it will be worth it once we know they have been loaded onto the ship
Its the lack of communication from the dealership which gets me especially when you are dropping nearly 40K on a car they couldn't give a monkeys

Yeah i was told that i think your not going to hear anything for 2 months or so, think i'm going to give it another month before i chase at the end of June if i dont hear anything by then

Very quick indeed! I picked up a cancelled order placed in November. It's currently in Zeebrugge. Ford have said they're hoping it should be on the Autostar to Southampton on the 3rd. I'm hoping it should be with my dealer shortly afterwards. Maybe a week after?

I'm nearly 3 months in and no build date. The dealer nor Stacey from [e-mail] can tell me any more... God it's painful especially as I could still change colour etc. I like a few and can't stop thinking about it!!!!

if you type your vin into the wwl (track & trace) cargo id that will bring up your vehicle details and what ship it will be assigned to! hopefully

I just realised I wasn't particularly clear in my previous post... It's currently in Zeebrugge and made its way on the Fedora. Can I tell when it's assigned a boat to cross the channel to the UK?

I just went to my local dealer to inspect my car and pay for it and found that my front wing has been painted due to it having a chip on the wing in transit i also found a dent in both rear quarters and a dent in the boot lid and bad paint work on the rear bumper infact the best part of the body work was the front wing they had painted im gutted by the time the car is right it will have had a respray on a brand new car anyone else had damage like this on there cars iv also had to wait 2 months extra so far because they ordered my car with the wrong spec the first time and was already built before they noticed so had to reorder a fresh car iv had nothing go right and the lack of customer relations and information is a joke
