Off to Florida for a couple of weeks at Easter and have booked a Mustang convertible car hire. Along with my OH and me there's our 2 boys 6 & 8. I hadn't really thought about boot space until the other day but then wondered if there'd be enough space for our luggage for a 2 week holiday. Can anyone give me an idea of what the boot will hold or post a picture to show how big it is? May have to look at changing if it's too small. Thanks for your help.

Can't answer the question, but I've been wondering the same thing as I have 2 kids and a Mustang ragtop on order. I have found these photos (borrowed from another forum) that give some context. It looks quite big.

I hired a Mustang cab a few years ago - the boot would take one suitcase (of the size you have to check-in to the hold on the flight), and two carry-on suitcases (of the size shown in the pic on the previous post), we had to put our other large check-in size suitcase on the back seat...

May, or may not, help.

This is for an '09.

The '15 has a slightly bigger boot.

We managed to get two regular suit cases and hand luggage plus a stroller in ours. The other suitcase went on the spare rear seat. So if there are 4 your rear passengers may end up with one bdtween them on the run to the hotel.
its a bit of an odd opening tbh.

Yes, this is the main factor that will determine what you can fit in! We had an S550 convertible a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't fit two rigid full size suitcases in the boot. We had a third bag of the same size but it was more of a squashy holdall type-thing, which went in fine after a bit of pushing! The third case went on the back seat...
