Just curious - do they fold in on the Euro model S550 ?

On the S197 and its 10/11 upgrade they don't.
(But they're of course US imports).

Looking at the very switch in a GT on Monday, and to prove I don't have a defective memory, just checked and confirmed in the Ford specs.

The powered folding wing mirrors on the Euro (UK) 2015 Mustang are quite a disappointment.

The mirrors seem to be set out on stalks and the folded effect is negligible meaning that even a folded mirror still sticks out and the Mustang is a very wide car. The folded effect on the drivers side is oddly different to the passenger side.

The folding is controlled by a button on the drivers door arm rest and the vehicle power needs to be on to operate which invariably means parking, switch off, open drivers door followed by realise need to fold in mirrors so press Start button etc...

The mirrors do not automatically fold when locking the car (aka Focus Titanium).

I am not sure that the Euro (UK) 2015 Mustang wing mirrors are electrically heated. I would be interested if anyone can expand on this.

Optional I believe. Definitely powerfold on UK cars as standard.

They are heated but you need to switch on demist. The drivers mirror stalk is straight out whilst the passenger stalk is swept back hence why the drivers side does not fold in properly.

They both move thru the same arc hence why the passenger side nearly touches the window yet the drivers side does not.
