1964.5 Mustang Race Car Build

Hi All,
I'm involved with the build of a 1964.5 289 mustang race car.
We need to decide on what livery to run. The car will be built to FIA appendix K regulations and thus it really needs to be in period dress.
Does anyone know of any liveries that were run on this car at the time? Only one I can find is the Alan Mann Racing team but I don't particularly want to recreate this given that team has been resurrected and is likely to be at the same meetings as us...could be both confusing and embarrassing!!
Any help would be much appreciated.

No help at all but when looking for a classic Mustang race livery to utilise in some way on my S550, I couldn't find ANY!
I ended up putting some Martini stripes down the side to which someone then showed me a picture of an old Mustang with them (a genuine old race car, not that one that's been restored).
I think unless you want to use a livery from another car entirely then you're going to struggle.
Maybe go with a period-look "Mustang" theme?
