Gen 2 Chrysler 300c remote fob battery change/reset

Had a warning today on my dash to say battery low in remote keyless fob!!! Explained why its been slightly difficult to lock via remote recently. Got home and tried second remote. TOTALLY DEAD. NOTHING.
This keyless system is all new to me so I rang my local Chrysler dealer down the road for some general advice.
After some sucking of his teeth and a few moans and sigh's he told me BOTH remotes would need new batteries and also re-programming to the car. Cost = £110 all in. SHOCK HORROR I thought.

I decided to Gooogle it and to my surprise its all on there, Pictures and video's.
£2 later and approx 45 seconds per remote battery change over I was up and running again and the code/warning was auto cleared.
Obviously the main Chrysler dealer was trying to FOB ( pardon the pun ) me off for the tune of over £100.
I rang him back and told him he was a w
ker and I would NEVER go to them again.
Robbing lying tossers and the main reason I don't trust and hate Main dealers.
