Of course, there's always a catch....this one's in Canada. So, I'm sure by the time it's imported and the tax paid, it'd end up more expensive than one that's already in the UK.

So that's £9k plus let's say £1100 for all the (ro-ro) shipping and marine insurance.
10% of the price is £900 so £11k all in
Still just under £13k with VAT which leaves you £2k for any contingencies.
