Really starting to love these GT MUstangs and would love to see some of the cars owned by fellow PH's...

Not too bad; they're open louvres, so you can see behind at an angle. Otherwise, it's just a matter of positioning yourself carefully so you can see what's approaching. Ultimately, the visibility is no worse than on a van.

For me, the 1/4 windows were one of the worst design aspects of the S197. The covers improve the look dramatically (IMO). As an aside, I got them from the US. They cost <£100, and the colour match is perfect. Same for the scoops behind the doors. UK prices really are a rip-off.

My Mineral Grey Mustang GT...

Mods:

C&L 'Racer' cold air induction kit (includes 95mm MAF)
Predator Tuned for 99 octane Shell V-Power
Borla Exhausts
Eibach lowered suspension (1.6" front drop, 2" rear drop, 35% uprated)
Steeda Panhard Rod (to re-locate rear axle after lowering)
BAER 14" cross-drilled and grooved brakes all-round, includes BAER front calipers
20" American Racing Shelby 'Razor' wheels, shod with 255/35 tyres
1 degree negative camber adjusted into front wheels

Mods coming...

'Powered by Ford' plenum cover (arrived, just needs fitting)
Steeda Strut tower brace (arrived, just needs fitting)
Ford Racing Performance Parts front struts and shocks (in post)
Steeda Strut bearings (also in post)
Eleanor style hood (about to order this tomorrow!)

462hp Vortech supercharged HO; 20" rims; GT500 spoiler; Legend splitter; Billet LCAs; Tokico D-spec dampers and Roush lowering springs, a little bit ooh, a little bit ah...

'05 GT. Full Roush suspension. Hurst Shifter. Axis Reverb 18x9.5 wheels. SLP loudmouth exhaust. CDC billet grille.

And this goes on starting tomorrow.

It was 468.
I have had racing cats put on and a better exhaust so I'm not sure what the impact of those would be.
It's now 375 hehe
