So that twisty mountain country road thing in the background of some of the pictures is that an actual playable circuit or is it just for pictures?

I was looking in the wrong place..

Someone said:

It's there it is hidden though, not listed under demos or on the splash screen. You have to go to games, then titles A-Z, then forza 4 and you will see trial when you load the Forza 4 page. This is pretty common for demos I've seen the same thing happen before.

i found it, it's not in the list of demos but in the list of games, under F, obviosuly. clcik Forza 4 and then there is a 'get trial' option or something.

I presume your all downloading from Xboxlive and not from the website, as link on website is not working (although it does say demo download)

Go to games, then F, then Forza 4, then download trial .

XBox Dashboard > Game Marketplace > Titles > A-Z > F > Forza 4 > Trial.

Something like that.
