I use Apachi Sky hair, Luscious Faces and Inhabitants of Skyrim NPC overhaul.
there are also various body mods out there, but they tend to be female only, unsurprisingly.
+1 for the Apachi Hair mods - most effective way of changing appearance and not too demanding on processing power.there are also various body mods out there, but they tend to be female only, unsurprisingly.
I was also running a couple mods that added physics to the hair, just had a ponytail AFAIK, think it might have been this - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47000/?#

I've just noticed Amazon have the PS4 available on pre-order, I really hope the graphics are at least able to match the gameplay.

One thing I can say about Skyrim is the music really makes it, I always played Skyrim with the background music on (not loud but loud enough to hear it). It's turned off on Fallout 4.
I agree, but the horn/foghorn music that plays when you have your base at The Red Rocket is very atmospheric, in fact the first time I heard it it put the fear of God up me because I thought it was an attack warning.Enderal massive new free add-on will be available in very soon - http://sureai.net/games/enderal/ - downloadable here (when online) http://dl.enderal.com/

So if it's a total conversion type mod, any idea how that will work with existing graphics/UI tweaks? Or is it likely to be a case that the 'mod' will contain all of those tweaks within?
Definitely going to be checking it out either way!

The only thing I know is on installing it makes a copy of your Skyrim install, to presumably use Skyrim resources but allow you to add extra mods to it or of course not uses mod installed on your usual Skyrim. Will have to see, only the German version is out, have to see what the first users to try it say.
Ah fair enough, I'm not normally an early adopter on these kind of things- I prefer to let other people work the issues out first But this looks freakin awesome, and potentially far too good to wait!
