I was going to until I played the beta, I know it was only a better but there won't be that many improvements to it and it's the clunky gameplay that puts me off like in bfbc2. Most of the videos are of PC hence why it looks so good.
If it was as smooth as cod then I'd get it.

And you're doing an awesome job of it too!

Getting back into MW2 thanks to your invites, and I much prefer the fluidity of the game. Can't put my finger on why, but generally speaking the game feels smoother than BlOps so got my fingers crossed MW3 sticks to that style of play.

Anyway, as said last night, I'm off all that week, so will be online a fair bit smile

That's one thing that annoys me about black ops is that the menu system and invites etc are really laggy and clunky unlike MW2 which are reall smooth like a game should be.

I've also heard yesterday that game and gamestation are no longer taking orders for the hardened edition instore, only online.

That's what put me off getting battlefield. All the game Play I had seen was boring. You are running around firing at shadows not killing anyone only to get shot by a camping sniper! Fooking boring and pointless! At least in COD you stand a chance of killing someone. Even Paz and jonhna aren't unstoppable. Lol

By the way has anyone heard anything from Rob?... Hope everything was / is ok....

There were some things in the BlOps invite system that I liked. For instance it was quicker to press triangle to get you friend list up and join people that way than to hit the PS button and use the XMB. Similarly it seemed to lend itself to sending multiple invites a bit better than MW2.

I'm hoping MW3 has a mixture of both such that the process of inviting/joining friends is made as quick as possible, but also that the system is robust like MW2 where you didn't see people getting left behind every other game!

Black ops was annoying for joining a friends session aswell, when you clicked on there name you could try and join there game even if there wasn't a space but on mw2 it only shows join session when there's a free space.

So where's everyone ordered MW3 from?
