Any noobs play League of Legends?

Been without a PSU for a few weeks now (One ordered on eBay didnt turn up, another is now on its way) so will hopefully get back into it.
Whats the quickest way to level up? PvP or vs. AI? Or does it not matter? I need to get to level 30 so I can start playing real ranked games - only level 12 at moment

Now that Season 4 has started i've set my sights on getting into gold and have been looking for a new support and junlger to try, who would you recommend?
Just madeit into Silver last season before the end, after only playing 30-ish games, so hoping for better this season. Also how do you unlock the different tier summoner logo's as i only seem to have bronze logo even though i was in silver 5 ?

No idea to any of your questions. Got my 50th normal win last night and still only rank 16,.. so keep plugging away
Its difficult to rank up when you only get to play maybe 3/4 games a week. Really enjoying Ashe and Mundo, I went 0/0/25 last game as Mundo and was just absorbing every ultimate, haha

Well done! That's where I got to in my first season.
You'll notice that the more you play in Silver the better you'll get and as you learn map rotations and the mechanics of the champions you play you will improve quite fast.
Then you'll hit gold. Lower gold is full of people who are either good at map awareness and teamfighting OR people who are mechanically quite good and win their lane and then don't play the map.
Most of my EuNE friends have gotten back into CS:GO so I'll probably start playing on EuW again. Hopefully catch you for a game sometime
