never had a problem with ATi cards card atm its a 5870 and runs bf3 with no probs

iv checked this compare GPU but its prolly only on stock models 7970 came out ontop

or shud i just go for the MSI 680 OC Twin Frozr

I had a quick session earlier and whoever (sorry forgot your name) suggested to turning off origin once in game to get it running smoothly worked a treat thanks!


Will try to get a game in later, but i've only got the stock game so i dont have any of the DLC maps

Well, BF3 is optimised for Nvidia cards.

I also prefer Nvidia. Especially their currrent gen of cards. The 6XX series are very good performers.

well done, sorry for the poor attempt at heli flying that was my first time flying on the PC, between that and a nagging girlfriend, that flight was only going end up one way

Was still getting slight lag issues, but my ping was staying reasonably low
