I used the F40 LM, upgraded to R1 959 and finished in about 8 and a bit minutes.

I kept up with him down the freeway but gained a massive advantage when he tried to take corners, I built up almost a 30sec lead before I got to 75% race distance.

As soon I had passed the 80% marker, he was behind me again and I could hear his car making much higher pitched noises than mine and the rate at which he caught up (but stopped inches from my bumper) was laughable.

Huge anti climax at the end though.

225mph at a push I think, I haven't fully tested that though, it's certainly not as quick as other cars in that class.

yeah, if you look into my investigations a few pages back the F40 is a good car to be doing it in. Seems the slower you are down the freeway at the start the easier the race will be.

The last race against Darius wasn't too bad, but the one that really irked me was the One-77 vs Helicopter time trial...

I must have done that about 20 times, always missing out by a few hundredths of a second until I eventually nailed it by about a second!

Did all those air races first time, but... Takes me over nine minutes to do the final race every time, when ever there is traffic I drive into it every time, lol.

I couldn't keep the back end of the one-77 going in a straight line... No matter what, it wanted to be first into the corners, first out of the corners and first past the post!

The Darius one took two goes, I did it in the LP700 Aventador, maximum tuned. First go I avoided some traffic, but ended up rolling the car. Second go I beat him by about 3 seconds! (Still took almost 9 minutes though)

Aventador with every single modification (up to the performance limit) and even the lightest wheels that I fit to all my cars.

Hey guys. I got this the other day, finally playing on it now for an hour or so - where are the hidden roads?!

I have 214/216 and I cannot find any usual suspects (complete roads/bypass exits etc...)

Any tips or hints?!

You need to do both the exit and entrance sliproads, doing one won't unlock the other.

Other than that, make sure you've done every tiny road in the towns (particularly Beaumont, as there are alleyways). Use the map to look for the grey bits of road.

I knew about the exit/entrance ramps from Test Drive - I have looked at Beaumont again and still no luck.

I'd be able to do it easily as i already have the birds, but i am unsure how to get this font onto the game or make my own in the vinyl editor.

Would be quite happy to pay the maximum 50,000 if it's decent.
